• All payments should be made without charges for the beneficiary.

• The registration fee will be charged depending on when the actual payment is made.

• ONLY Online registration is available at the conference website.

• The registration will not be complete until you have paid your registration fee, and the registration confirmation email is sent.

• Payment must be made in Korean won for domestic participants and dollars for overseas participants.

• Participants from countries where restrictions apply to transfer foreign currency should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

  • All credit card charges will be made by merchant name: ICMART 2024

  • Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration system.

  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

• Bank Transfer

  • Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank service charges are to be paid by the participant.

  • A copy of the bank transfer statement must be sent to the secretariat via e-mail at regi@icmart2024.org. Please write your name as well as “ICMART 2024” on your payment details for identification purposes.

  • Please note that the sender’s name should be the same as the registrant’s name in order for us to identify the registrant. If the sender’s name is not the same as the registrant’s name, please inform the secretariat via e-mail at regi@icmart2024.org.

  • Checks are not accepted.

  • Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to regi@icmart2024.org.

• No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.

• All refunds will be made within 2 months after ICMART 2024 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Bank transfer admission fees will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any losses or damages to personal properties or health of the participants. The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.
